Q: Is there a bathroom on the bus?
A: Yes, but no running water on most.  They usually supply hand wipes for hand washing.

Q: Is the tip included for the driver?
A: If there is extra money from the registrations, it is used for a tip.  On longer trips, the tip is usually built in to the bus ticket price. The rule of thumb is $2 per rider for the tip.  If the tip has not been calculated as part of the bus ticket price, we will pass the hat on the way home.

Q: Will we have a cell phone contact for the bus driver?
A: No, only the Bus Captains will have the driver's cell phone number.  You will get the Bus Captain's cell phone number.  Prepare to write the Bus Info and Bus Captain's cell phone number somewhere so you will always have it.  We recommend writing it ON your arm!

Q: Will the bus wait for everyone to return before it leaves?
A: We ask that anyone who is going one way and will not be returning with us on the bus to let us know before we depart for the trip.  We will make every effort to get everyone home, but we have to leave at some point.  It is helpful if all passengers have cell phones.

Q: Will there be a sign-in sheet?
A: Yes, we will ask for your name, cell phone number and an emergency contact back home that is near a phone in case of emergency (i.e. medical issue).  Also if you have any serious medical conditions, please let us know and put it on the sign-in sheet.

Q: Can I get my money back if I cancel?
A: We will make every effort to refund your money by filling your seat with another rider.  If we cannot replace you (i.e. last minute cancellation) you will not get a refund because we have to pay for the bus.  This is usually not an issue.

Q: What should we bring?
A: Dress in layers.  You can bring a pillow and/or a blanket if you desire. Please bring your signs (there is a huge compartment under the bus for whatever you need to bring), snacks and PLENTY of water.  The bus will likely NOT be available during the day so bring a back pack to carry water, snacks, etc.  We also recommend that you bring sunscreen, a spare cell phone battery, camera, pen and paper, cash, comfortable and appropriate footwear, and clothes to add or remove.

Q: Can we leave our extra stuff on the bus all day?  
A: Yes, but the Driver will most likely leave the site to rest or do whatever Bus Drivers do, so you will probably not have access again until we enter the bus for the return trip.   Valuables should never be left as the company will not be responsible for them.
 
Q: Will there be a stop at a rest area?
A: We usually do unless no one wants to stop.
